Managers' guide: disability in the workplace

A best practice approach to recruiting, retaining and managing employees with disability

The Managers' guide has been developed for the Australian market with the generous support of our Principal Sponsors Telstra Corporation, with thanks also to IBM and Manpower.

This Managers' guide is based on a publication by Employers' Forum on Disability (UK).

The Managers' guide was officially launched by Telstra in 2008. Orders can be placed online, by email or over the phone.

The Employers' Network have also developed a comprehensive training program designed to complement the Managers' guide, which can be completely customised to suit the requirements of your organisation.
