The HR Essentials training module has been developed specifically to assist HR and recruitment professionals to confidently attract and recruit candidates with disability.

The program assists participants to identify any unintended barriers to potential employees with disability in recruitment practices, as well as addressing issues such as;

- reasonable adjustments.
