In June 2009 the Employers' Network ran a Member Satisfaction Survey to gauge how effective and relevant our members find our programs, products and member services.

What do you see as the main purpose of the Employers Network?

  • To assist and support employers around the recruitment and retention of people with disability;
  • To assist employers to become more inclusive (“disability confident”);
  • To raise awareness of disability and related issues;
  • To provide opportunities to network with other employers;
  • To provide best practice information and advice on employing people with disability.


How does being a member of the Employers Network help your organisation to meet its diversity goals?

  • Expert advice and consultancy;
  • Review and develop internal systems and policies;
  • Demonstration of commitment to employing people with disability;
  • Raising awareness of disability and related issues;
  • Development of Disability Action Plan / Disability Strategy;
  • Opportunities to network and learn from other employers.

 

Do you have any additional comments on any of our products and services?

  • Events mostly in Sydney, events in other states would be appreciated;
  • Staff very friendly and helpful;
  • Balancing the needs of small and large organisations is difficult;
  • Limited products and services available to Bronze members;
  • Products and services are of a high standard and of great value;
  • The Network is a valuable resource for employers at all levels.
