The Employers' Network would like to extend a big thank you to Kate Nash for her efforts during the week 9 - 13 November 2009.

Kate Nash OBE is an effective leader with 20 years experience in working strategically to effect long-term attitudinal and major social systems change in relation to people with disability. 

As a freelance diversity consultant she helps the business and public sector work strategically to affect long term attitudinal change in relation to people with disability.

Her core product, consultancy in the establishment of Employee Networks, is having wide acclaim in the UK business sector.  Her first publication Disabled Employee Networks – a practical guide was published and launched by the (UK) Minister of Disabled People in January 2009.

In addition, Kate is a consultant to many (UK) Government departments including Defra, the Department for Transport, DWP and the HSE .  Most recently she conducted the triennial review of Equality 2025, the advisory group of people with disability appointed by the Minister of Disabled People.
