Megan has worked on a part time basis with the Employers' Network on Disability since mid 2009. Her focus for the organisation is on streamlining and delivering training modules both in-house and to external groups. Megan is an experienced diversity and wellbeing professional with almost 20 years experience in diverse settings, predominately within the energy industry. Megan has delivered outcomes for different businesses, resulting in significant improvements in employee engagement. Interventions include diversity management, wellbeing, work/life balance, occupational health and safety programs and leadership training. Megan has tremendous energy and enthusiasm for turning strategy into action, and communicating in a real way to a diverse workforce. She knows that one size doesn’t fit all and organisations need customised, relevant and effective interventions. Megan has a Diploma in Management, Grad Dip in OH&S Management, is a Registered Nurse with post grad qualifications in Occupational Health Practice and is a trained Counsellor (Australian College of Applied Psychology). She is accredited in 360 Leadership & Personal Development with Human Synergistics. A member of the NSW Equal Opportunity Practitioners Association, and a Fellow of the former Australian College of Occupational Health Nurses, Megan has recently represented Australia on a Scientific Committee at the International Commission on Occupational Health. Megan speaks on diversity and wellbeing at national conferences.
